The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Branding, Design & Web team. You’ll handle front-end and back-end WordPress development, third-party API integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, visually compelling websites.

Location: Remote
Portfolio Required: Submit links to live websites for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable WordPress websites.

• Integrate WordPress with third-party APIs (Yardi, RealPage, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Convert Figma designs into functional, maintainable WordPress sites.

• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Optimize for SEO, performance, and accessibility (WCAG knowledge a plus).

• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions independently or collaboratively.

• Work with CRM, project management tools (Asana, Harvest), and clients/vendors.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• 2+ years of WordPress development (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

• Experience with WooCommerce, Squarespace, or BEM naming convention.

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks/libraries and API integrations.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Pardot) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication—able to explain tech concepts to non-technical teams.

• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing is a bonus.
